Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days via USPS. If, after ordering, we discover an item is illegal in your state we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
Damage During Shipping
Be sure to check your order carefully once it arrives for any shipping damages. You can submit claims for any damaged items by emailing us at Support@SorrentoFarms.com within 3 days after receiving the shipment. Please include specific details and photos of product damage. A product coordinator will contact you to replace the damaged items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You can request a full refund for any product within the first 15-days of purchase. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can request a full refund by emailing us at Support@SorrentoFarms.com. A product coordinator will contact you to see what product may better suit your needs. Keep in mind that you will need to pay for shipping on the item you are sending back to us.
For all other returns please complete the Return Process below.
1) Email us at Support@SorrentoFarms.com to request the Return Shipping Address if you need to return your UNOPENED product within the 15 day time limit.
2) Once you have shipped your product back to us – please email the tracking number to Support@SorrentoFarms.com so we can keep an eye out for it.
3) Once we receive your package at our facility and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.

**Please note merchandise must be postmarked for return or exchange within 15 days of confirmed delivery. Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
